As an Avation Structural Mechanic for the Navy, I think Beoing needs to have better training, better management, better manufacturing practices and better transparency. Rather than sweeping bad maintenance practices and unaccountability under rug, they should just build up there entire manufacturing and maintenance practices and take the extra time to check that there doing the right maintenance with right parts and right tools with the properly qualified personal.
